Food industry belongs to significant polluters of waters, especially of surface waters to which are run off the waste waters from the plants of this industry. Although these waters are purified, has not been used adequate moods and so the purifying effect is only weak. The author tries to show this problem on concrete cases. He mentions certain model moods of purifying that could help in the present negative situation. The use of new purifying technologies, as the states in conclusion, and their testing in practice on the one hand is to increase the purifying effect of existing equipments, and on the other hand to search ways to closed cycles of circulation of materials in industrial production and in such a way to make advances to wasteless technology.
