The contribution is tending to phytocoenotic and production - ecological changes of original oak-lime tree forests and secondary pine forests, arisen on original stands after an artificial reforestation on Zahorska nizina lowland. Analysed in detail is an original oak-lime tree forest (Melico uniflorae-Tilietum cordatae ass. nova hoc loco) and a secondary pine forests planted after subass. typicum (Rubo fruticosae-Pinetum, Pteridio aquilini-Pinetum) and after subass. melitietosum (Festuco ovinae-Pinetum). Changes in cover and biomass of the herb and moss layers of above-mentioned communities are discussed.
