The article is an attempt to develop models of functional directions of three geocomplexes that developed as a result of environmental balance disturbance. The following geocomplexes have been investigated in this study: a deflational niche, an erosional niche and a debris flow tongue. The need to treat disturbing factors jointly with environmental conditions - as one complex of disturbance elements is argued. Shared characteristics of the functional directions of the three geocomplexes under consideration are identified.
